Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cake Recipe
Description: A kid and family favorite. This dessert can be made and
enjoyed anytime!
Number of Servings: Ten to twelve

Ingredients:
| 1 can |
Pumpkin Puree(Fresh or Canned) |
| 3 |
Eggs |
| 2 cups |
Flour |
| 1/2 cup |
Vegetable Oil |
| 2 cups |
Sugar |
| 1/2 Teaspoon |
Salt |
| 1/2 Teaspoon |
Cinnamon |
| 2 Teaspoons |
Baking Powder |
| 2 Teaspoons |
Baking Soda |
| 1 small bag |
Chocolate Chips |

Preparation Directions:

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

Grease and flower a tube pan.

Add all ingredients, except the chocolate chips, into a mixing bowl.

Mix well.

Blend in chocolate chips by hand mixing.

Pour mixture into the greased and floured tube pan

Bake for one hour.

Remove and allow to cool before serving.
Variations:

Add a vanilla frosting to the top.
